Pasteurisation
GlossPAK Slim film is suitable for pasteurisation at up to 100 degrees Celsius for a maximum of 1 hour (fat-free foods only, e.g. vegetables).

GUARANTEE OF GOOD PACKAGING
By supplying a complete packaging set (top and bottom film) to the reel machine, we ensure high aesthetics and repeatability of the packaging, excellent processing parameters and the safety of the packaged product.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Thanks to the new extrusion technology, we have obtained a product previously unavailable on the market. The innovation of this technology lies in the use of water instead of air during the production process. This allows for much faster and more efficient cooling, giving the film excellent mechanical properties and high transparency and gloss. The innovative barrier film manufacturing technology has so far only been used in the pharmaceutical industry (production of blood bags, drip bags, etc.).
ENVIRONMENT
No harmful air and water pollutants are released during the production of our film. Moreover, in contrast to traditional ones, the new technology enables the resulting technological waste to be reduced by 50%, to the necessary minimum.

We specialise in the production of high-barrier polyamide casings in calibres from ∅ 30 to ∅ 145, in a full range of colours – 5 layers.
Our casings are characterised by high barrier properties; they are heat shrinkable, polyamide-polyethylene and oriented.
